A fascinating album indeed. The drummer seems to play like a cross between Alex VH and a trained drummer like Aaron Comess, at the same time the name itself Platter Base must be Constructed of Moon rock pays ode to the ludicrous but intangible reach of hifi to get more and more to the utmost extremes of diminishing returns from equipment backdropped against the desire to be moved by the pure naked sounds of emotion transmogrified as music.
